Annual Retreat Production
Each year, The Urban Electric Co. hosts a company-wide retreat designed to bring teams together and align the organization around a shared vision. Set in thoughtfully chosen locations that reflect the annual theme—from Blueprint and Modern American Craft to Foresight Is 2020—the event serves as both a reflection on the year’s progress and a look ahead to the brand’s future.
I lead the design and production of the retreat’s digital presentation experience, creating interactive, story-driven content tailored to the CEO’s vision and company priorities. Built using digital publishing platforms such as Mag+ and HTML-based frameworks, the presentations combine animation, video, and dynamic layouts to engage employees throughout the day. A companion interactive experience, By the Numbers, highlights key achievements and milestones from the year, transforming data into an accessible and visually compelling narrative.
